• To maintain our well-being, our health capital and our youth, it is essential to have a therapeutic and global approach to the human being.

Today's neurosciences show that this equation can be solved by treating the 4 fundamental poles simultaneously. They make up what we call the Wellness Pyramid.

  • This wellness pyramid is made up of 4 main axes: structural, metabolic, emotional and energetic factors that interact constantly within our bodies.

These are the factors we will be working on to help you reach your full potential in terms of well-being.

THE 4 POLES OF THE PYRAMID

Fundamental factors in our organism

  • We are first and foremost a physical structure which lives in many physical positions and is subject to mechanical stress.
All the parts of our body are linked and interact with each other.

As we age, we accumulate body trauma that alters our postural balance. Our posture determines our statics and dynamics via the nervous and muscular systems.

  • As a result, our spine will develop "subluxations", or joint blockages, which will limit our range of movement and cause pain. What's more, when we exert ourselves physically, through work, daily life, sport and leisure activities, our resistance will no longer be the same, and the risk of injury will increase.

Hence the importance of analysing and treating the structural pole.

  • Our body is also a chemical/metabolic industry which, through its organs, glands and three circulation systems, manages many vital functions.

Our digestive system, consisting of the stomach, intestine and liver, digests, absorbs, filters and eliminates everything that is ingested.

Buddha said, "The wise man is the one who is well with his intestine".

And to be well, the intestine in particular needs to be freed́ of its impurities.

  • In addition, the hormones of the endocrine system balance various functions such as thermoregulation, the reproductive system and the immune system to protect us from infections. Any disorder in our diet (quantity, quality, variety, etc.) will inevitably lead to metabolic and biochemical disorders with repercussions for the other poles.

    We are what we eat.

Hence the importance of taking the metabolic pole into account.

  • The third important factor in the Pyramid of well-being is the emotional factor, because we are also beings of feeling. Since our intrauterine life, we have been subjected to pleasant or unpleasant stimuli that our brain has memorised in the limbic brain.

However, we do not have the capacity to filter all these stimuli during our childhood from 0 to 7 years of age. Current research into epigenetics indicates that these experiences permeate the subconscious and remain engraved on our "hard drive".

We therefore perceive the world through this filter and react unconsciously to various situations in reflex mode, without controlling it.

  • "One cannot cure the part without curing the whole. One must not cure the body separated́ from the mind, and for the mind and body to regain health, one must begin by curing the mind." (Plato).

Modern life brings with it a whole host of constraints and stresses that sometimes begin very early in life. Our bodies often find themselves stuck in a phase of chronic stress, known as stress adaptation syndrome (Dr Hans Seley) which, if not properly analysed and rebalanced, can lead to exhaustion, i.e. burnout.

It is therefore vital to focus on this factor.

  • Today, neuroscience and quantum physics demonstrate that all living beings are made up of energy.

This information can be found in Greek, Chinese, Japanese, Tibetan and Ayurvedic traditions, as well as in the work of Einstein, Planck and Eisenberg, who demonstrated that matter is energy (E= mc2).

According to the quantum vision of the body, we are made of light 'crystallised' into matter.

  • We absorb light at every moment, just as we absorb air, water or food!

It is therefore essential to remove blockages to increase the flow of light in our bodies, in order to nourish our chakras, which receive, transform and distribute vital energy to our meridians, then to our tissues and finally to our organs.
